Q What is your piece of advice?A I’ve always felt that it’s important to be genuine and true to who you are as a person and professional. Secondly, what I’ve learned over the years is to surround yourself with people who will lift you and others up – not pull you down into negativity. So, that’s my 2 cents.

Q What is your favorite thing from 2016 (accomplishment, resource, book, quote, experience)?

A I have been putting together a booklet of sorts for my daughter who is getting married in 2017. I’ve been gathering articles, sayings, etc. that I’ll be passing along to her once she begins the next chapter in her life. Snip-its and “how to’s…” for everyday life are also included. I’ve included family photos as well so she feels that her little book of inspiration, memories and suggestions for life are all in one special place for her.
